NEW FIND: Plant-Based Cuisine Guide In Disney World

Are you a vegetarian, or do you follow a plant-based diet like me? Do you always wonder what your options are when dining at Disney?

Have you been wishing and hoping that Disney would put together some kind of guide to help you? Well… wish no longer, because Disney has FINALLY created one!

Today, we found this new “Disney Plant-Based Cuisine” guide at various dining locations in the Magic Kingdom. This will certainly help veggie lovers on their hunt for vegetarian and plant-based options!

The guide goes one step further and also provides information for vegan dining options that do not include meat, dairy, eggs, or honey!

The guide is labeled Spring 2019, which leads us to believe there will be new editions for each season. We’re also speculating that these will be popping up in the other three parks very soon. (Fingers crossed!)

We apologize if these are a little difficult to read. In our excitement, we may have crumpled them up a bit!

When looking at the guide, we spotted a few options we really want to try, like the Veggie Burger from The Plaza Restaurant and the Stromboli from Pinocchio Village Haus!

You can find these maps at dining locations throughout the park. If you can’t locate one, just ask a Disney Food & Beverage or Guest Relations cast member.

We hope that Disney will continue with this trend to assist others with different dietary needs as well. Good job, though Disney, I really commend you on this one!
