Last week Disney announced reservations would open today for the new tower at Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort named Gran Destino Tower. We now know reservations are being taken for stays starting July 9, 2019.
We’ve also learned some new information about the brand-new rooftop and on-the-lake dining locations coming to the resort.
The rooftop table-service restaurant will be named Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood.
In addition to offering unique and beautiful views of Walt Disney World Resort Toledo – Tapas, Steak and Seafood will offer indoor dining, as well as a lounge with indoor and outdoor seating.
Toledo – Tapas, Steak and Seafood is not the only addition to this resort’s dining options.
A new on-the-lake location called Three Bridges Bar & Grill will also open. Three Bridges Bar & Grill will be located on an island in the middle of the resort’s 14-acre lake, Lago Dorado.
Guests will be able to access the new Three Bridges Bar and Grill via walkways stretching across the lake. (Note that Disney has changed the name of this new restaurant. It was previously announced that it would be called Villa del Lago.)
Advanced Dining Reservations have not opened for these locations yet, and menus have not been released. We will keep you updated as Disney announces more details on these locations.

We booked for opening day as well. The cost was 250.00 per night for a standard room with a standard view.
