Disney Springs‘ Morimoto Asia is hosting a seafood-driven educational seminar and tasting next month. This special event will feature demonstrations and food stations for guests to learn the ins and outs of preparing fish from onsite experts while also sampling the products.
This special event, Sea, Salt, Sake, Sharpen, is open to guests age 21 and older.
During the event you will learn to maximize the bounty of the whole fish, gain insight into the proper technique for sharpening kitchen knives, and sample a variety of flavors from Mackerel and Hamachi to Madai Snapper. The dishes will be paired with a selection of beers, sakes, and shochus.
