  1. Get there early. I went to a cooking class and was stuck by the kitchen door – could not really hear the chef due to kitchen noise. Also, Disney didn’t use one of those large overhead mirrors so it was impossible to follow his work. I left rather soon and, while promised a refund on my credit card, I never received it. Would be willing to try again but I don’t drink so the wine pairings would be lost on me. Simple tip – buyer beware!
