The Disney California Food & Wine Festival returns for an extended run in 2017. Events will take place daily, with additional Festival Marketplaces as well as Festival-inspired menus and menu items at existing restaurants. This year’s Festival will include food, beverage and lifestyle seminars, demonstrations, and presentations.

There are also ticketed events this year such as culinary demonstrations and beer, wine, and spirits seminars. Premium dining events include winemaker and brewmaster dinners as well as demonstrations by celebrity chefs including Guy Fieri, Cat Cora, Robert Irvine, Duff Goldman, Emily Ellyn, and Keegan Gerhard.

Multiple locations around the park will host the Festival, including Stage 17, The Vineyard Room, and Paradise Gardens. Most of the Festival Marketplaces are set up along the parade corridor between the Carthay Circle Restaurant and Paradise Bay, with a few locations in the Hollywood Back Lot area..


Premium Events

In the Kitchen With… features celebrity chefs demonstrating tips and recipes, and includes a sample of the food. Afterwards the chef is available for autographs. The event takes place on Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Festival Showplace, Stage 17 in Hollywood Land. Price is $99/person plus tax and gratuity, paid at the time of reservation. A full refund is available if canceled at least 72 hours before the event. Check-in begins 45 minutes in advance.

Sweet Sundays – a light breakfast is followed by a baking demonstration by a noted pastry chef, including the opportunity to sample several of their creations. The events take place on selected Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Festival Showplace, Stage 17 in Hollywood Land. The price is $79/person, plus tax and gratuity, paid at the time of reservation. A full refund is available if canceled at least 72 hours before the event. Check-in begins 45 minutes in advance.

Winemaker Dinners – feature a four-course dinner, with each course paired with a selected wine from the featured winery. The dinners are held on alternate Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00 in The Vineyard Room at the Golden Vine Winery. All guests must be 21 or older to attend. Check-in begins 30 minutes in advance. Payment is due at the time of reservation, and tax and gratuity will be added.

Brew Master Beer Makers Dinner – include a four-course meal paired with beers selected by the evening’s featured breweries. The dinners are held on alternate Thursday evenings from 6:30-9:00 p.m. in The Vineyard Room at the Golden Vine Winery. The price is $150/person plus tax and gratuity. Payment is due at the time of reservation. All guests must be 21 or older to attend. Check-in begins 30 minutes in advance.

Wine Education and Tasting Seminars will be held daily at the Sonoma Terrace. Each 45-minute session will feature a visiting winemaker and includes up to three sample tastings. The price for sessions on Monday-Thursday is $15/person, plus tax. Sessions on Friday-Sunday are $20/person, plus tax. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. Valid photo id is required. No one under age 21 will be admitted to the venue – kids and strollers are not permitted. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the event.

Each week features different winemaking regions in California.

  • March 10-19: Napa, Los Olivos, Santa Ynez Valley
  • March 20-26: St Helena, Russian River, Oakville
  • March 27-April 2: Glen Ellen, Los Gatos, Carpinteria
  • April 3-9: Temecula, Monterey, Healdsburg
  • April 10-16: Santa Rita Hills, Yountville, Solvang

  • March 27-April 2: Beer and food pairings, craft vodka, local breweries
  • April 3-9: Beer ingredients, local beer makers, mezcal
  • April 10-16: Northern California craft beer, locally made ale, craft whiskey

Culinary Demonstrations – these 30-minute sessions will be held daily in the Festival Showplace, Stage 17 in Hollywood Land. Guest chefs and Disneyland Resort chefs demonstrate the preparation of a recipe, and guests receive individual plates to sample. The price for sessions on Monday-Thursday is $15/person, plus tax. Sessions on Friday-Sunday are $20/person, plus tax. Payment in advance is required. A full refund is available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the event.

Premium Events may be booked on-line up to 60 days in advance at disneyland.com/foodandwine. Space is limited, and advance reservations are highly recommended. Full payment is due at time of booking. Take note of the cancellation at the time of booking: some events must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund, while others can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance.
