Roasted Mushroom Salad

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup Portobello mushroom, destem and cut into 4 pieces
1/2 cup Crimini mushrooms
1/2 cup button mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced shallots
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon garlic oil
Method:
1. Destem and remove the insides of the Portobello mushrooms. Cut into
4 pieces.
2. Wash the remaining mushrooms.
3. Mince the garlic.
4. Slice the shallots.
5. Toss all ingredients together.
6. Roast in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
