Hurray! I have arrived! Where should I go first?

Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2018

Started in Brazil 🇧🇷 with the new Moqueca fish stew. It was very good but my portion was light on shrimp and scallops, heavy on the fish.

Cheese Bread – also from Brazil. As yummy as ever: light and hot and cheesy goodness.

From Hops & Barley – New Brunswick Slider. The name has been changed from last year’s “Smoked Brisket Ends.” Very good – beef brisket with horseradish cream and fried onions on a light flaky roll.

With a refreshing glass of Angry Orchard Rosé Hard Cider.

Chicken Korma from India. I loved this – slightly spicy but very Indian.

Madras Mimosa from the new Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar. Refreshing and not spicy like I was expecting.

Lamb Meatball from New Zealand.

Frozen wine – also from New Zealand.
