Ingredients

8 ounces Dan Dan noodles (lo mein noodles)
1 TB chopped green onion

Sauce
1 tsp. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. sesame paste
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. white vinegar
white sugar to taste
fresh ginger juice to taste
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp. chili oil
1 tsp. szechuan peppercorn oil

Method:

1. Cook Dan Dan noodles in hot water until soft. Drain, cool and refrigerate.

2. Mix all sauce ingredients together until blended. Set aside.

3. When ready to serve, top cold Dan Dan noodles with sauce. Garnish with green onion pieces.
