Recipes No-Bake Granola Treats Contemporary Resort

Makes 12 2×2 inch treats

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 cups granola
1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Method of Preparation

1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and butter. Add peanut butter, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and stir in granola.

2. Spoon mixture into a 6" x 8" baking dish. Lightly press mixture into pan using lightly moistened hands. Sprinkle top of mixture with chocolate chips, lightly pressing them into mixture.

3. Set aside at room temperature to cool for 30 minutes. Cut into 12 pieces . Store treats in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to one week.
