Loved it!!
Pros:
Okay so it was a long wait - almost 2 hours , with a 10 year old! But the line was interactive and the ride so thrilling that you -almost- forgot how long it took!!Cons:
The long tutorial- if it really was a con!Reviewed by Elaine Review Date: 09/26/2018

As much as I enjoy Soarin', this ride is even better and much longer than expected. Helpful tip....go to the park at early park open as we only waited 20 minutes to get on this ride. We went back later that night and our wait was 2 hours....but we waited because it's well worth it and we had gone on everything else we wanted to at that point anyway!
Pros:
Worth the wait.....an amazing rideCons:
The wait can be over 2 hours.Reviewed by MassMike Review Date: 04/18/2019

Not worth the hype
Pros:
Good theme and decorCons:
Feels small and crowded, Navi-River is cheap and short, path effects are wearing off alreadyReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/18/2019

We rode Navi river. The colors and lighting were breathtaking, even if it did break down while we were on the ride.
Pros:
Nice slow ride out of the hot sun with beautiful colorsCons:
No cons. You always have to try the new rides and enjoy everythingReviewed by Cara Review Date: 10/01/2018

It was very creative and pretty but not worth a fast pass or waiting in a line for more than 10 minutes
Pros:
It’s a calm ride and the fluorescent colors are beautifulCons:
It’s short and not worth the long lines of 90 minutes or more. I wouldn’t get in line for more than 10 minutesReviewed by Jennifer Stevens Review Date: 09/27/2018

I don't get the Pandora love. Flights of Passage was great. The "land" to me in underwhelming. The creepy plant tat greets you as you enter is just ugly and weird. Navi River Journey is a waste of space. The ride does nothing. Not even he scenery is interesting. I thought the ride was building to something amazing but all it was was one moving Shaman. The food at the quick service restaurant was underwhelming. In fact my husband and I got ill shortly after eating there.
Pros:
Flights of Passage is one of the best rides in all of Disney WorldCons:
Lines. Navi River Journey is awfulReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/14/2022

Na’vi River Journey is a dark ride that is a big let down.
The ride is way to short
It feels like you just got on after waiting forever in the que and it’s over within minutes.
This is one ride I would not waste a fast pass on.
Pros:
ColourfulCons:
Very short ride Not worth the wait or using a fast passReviewed by hystericalbender Review Date: 04/24/2019

We visited Pandora on our latest trip in January 2019. It was our first time seeing this addition to the park, which is visually stunning. However, the area was too crowded to really enjoy the atmosphere. The pathways are narrow and struggled to accommodate even off-season crowds. I would have loved to spend time people watching and enjoying the atmosphere, but we were constantly moving with the crowd. Both rides have extremely long waits, and though we were able to FastPass the Navi River, it was underwhelming. Perhaps the long walk and influx of people affected our mood, but I found the ride to be an average dark ride. Given our experience during the day, we did not even attempt to return in the evening. I could see this being an enjoyable area once the novelty wears off a little more. However, we won't be returning to this part of the park for a while.
Pros:
Great theme (even if you haven't seen Avatar), Unique layout, Live entertainmentCons:
Too crowded (even during slow periods), waits are too long for attractions, seems removed from the rest of the parkReviewed by Diana K Review Date: 09/28/2018

As someone who experiences moderate motion sickness, I'm fine with roller coasters and rides like the Tower of Terror, but can't do simulators like Star Tours or Flight of Passage. My brother rope dropped FoP on an extra magic hour morning, with a 30 minute wait and said after that he probably wouldn't bother again. He wasn't a fan of the vehicle/banshee's living effects, i.e. simulated breathing. The lack of coherant story is an issue for this ride as well as Navvii River Journey, which I rode 4 times while waiting for him to get off FoP. Pleasant enough, but I certainly don't need to ride it again for a while. The land was very well themed, but without an emotional connection to Pandora myself, I didn't feel as interested as I am with say, Frontierland. One thing I really did not like was the traffic flow issues. The extended queue for FoP blocks off a section of the land at times. As this was my first visit, I was not very familiar with the area and got lost while trying to visit the gift shop because of the queue. Not sure how they can improve that with the crowds they're drawing. I would have liked to try FoP, but not risking getting sick first thing the morning. I'm disheartened that simulators like this seem to be the new trend for thrill rides as I won't be able to experience any of them. Even though I was not "wowed" by the land, I'd definitely say it's worth experiencing at least once due to all the hard work the imagineers put into the theming.
