Contributing photographer Jason of disneygeek.com sends us these photos from his trip to the parks on Friday, November 6, 2015. He noticed that Halloween was over, and more Christmas decorations were up around the parks.

In addition, another new animated window opened at the Emporium in Disneyland — this one featuring Anna and Elsa from “Frozen.”

Three popular attractions were closed on Friday. Soarin’ and Jungle Cruise reopen November 13 and Space Mountain on November 16.

Christmas decorations are up around Main Street USA and they incorporate the Diamond Anniversary decorations.

The pumpkin is gone and waiting for the Christmas tree, which was still backstage along the tram route.

Sleeping Beauty Castle has some garland and wreath.Will be interesting to see what happens this year for the holidays. No snow or ice.

In Tomorrowland the tape for the stroller parking has a Star Tours feel to it this week.

The Super Hero HQ signage is up.

The Hyperspace Mountain signage is up, too.

It includes a Season of the Force sign.

Heading into Toontown — Halloween is gone and more Christmas decorations are up.

The Ranch is celebrating Halloween for a few more days, though.

The rest of Frontierland has Christmas decorations up.

The Jungle Cruise is closed to become the Jingle Cruise, opening next Friday.

Walking through New Orleans Square.

A photo location for Jack Skellington and Sally (from “The Nightmare Before Christmas”) has been set up in the Royal Courtyard.

“it’s a small world” Holiday opened today.

Over to Disney California Adventure

Buena Vista Street is decorated.

Surprised to see that Cars Land is not fully decorated yet. They had lines up but no overhead decorations yet.

Soarin’ is closed this week.

Paradise Park is getting ready for World of Color Winter Dreams, which starts next Friday.

During the Pixar Play Parade, noticed the Incredibles were walking today.

The Paradise Garden Grill menu is for Viva Navidad this week.

Back over at Disneyland some of the garland was lit up.

A new Frozen window debuted at the Emporium this past week.

Small World Holiday was lit up this evening.

Made my way back to Main Street to find a spot for Paint the Night.

Moved out to the street for Disneyland Forever.

It was initially delayed due to winds, and was eventually cancelled.

In its place the Live the Magic Finale projections were run along with a lighting sequence for the castle. Here is a video of the alternative show.
