Condor Flats - Disney's California Adventure

INTRODUCTION

Journey back in time to the heyday of California's aviation industry, when test pilots were national heroes, and the planes themselves were famous! Condor Flats recreates the look of one of those desert aircraft test facilities and the sparse, rocky terrain surrounding it. A variety of "aircraft hangars" house the various shops and attractions.

ATTRACTIONS and ENTERTAINMENT

Soarin' Over California - Take a simulated hang glider ride over some of California's breathtaking scenery - from San Francisco to Yosemite to the desert and Disneyland.

TOURING TIPS

Soarin' Over Calfornia is a Fastpass attraction, and on busy days the Fastpasses may all be gone by early afternoon. The standby line gets quite long, and this is definitely a "ride first thing" or "get a Fastpass first thing" attraction. There IS a single rider line, but that's no guarantee of a short wait - it could be 5 minutes or 60.

On days when they open the front gates before the rest of the park, Soarin' is open, and has a fairly short wait.
