Caesar - Traditional with boquerones. Manchego - Compressed manchego cheese with arugula, apples, dates and walnuts. Greens - Mixed field Greens with croutons and balsamic dressing.
Uva Sliders - 3 Angus mini burgers with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes. Chicken Melt - Piquillo peppers, avocado, bacon and idiazabal cheese. Prime Rib Philly - Roast beef, melted Swiss, sauteed onions and grilled baguette. Pa Amb Tomaquet - Tomato, Serrano ham, manchego cheese and grilled baguette. Smoked Salmon - Salmon rillete with smoked salmon slides and grilled baguette.
Artichoke - Roasted with romesco sauce. Beets - Red and gold beets, shaved fennel, blood-orange vinaigrette. Eggplant - Caponato-Traditional Sicilian blend with crostini. Tomato - Vine ripe heirloom tomatoes with burratta cheese. Three Bean Salad - Red kidney, yellow wax and green with cider vinaigrette. Marinated Olives - Manzanilla, Nicoise, Gaeta, Lucque and Moroccan. Marcona Almonds - Sweet and crunchy, salt and olive oil roasted almonds.
Fritas - French fries with garlic salt, aioli and ketchup. Bravas - Fried wedges with Brava sauce and aioli.
Pear - Arugula, Serrano ham, pear and Minus 8 vinegar. Wild Mushrooms - Roasted garlic and fontina cheese. Pesto - Chicken, sun dried tomato, olives and mozzarella. Ratatouille - Fresh basil, ricotta cheese and oregano.
Hangar Steak - Chimichurri sauce, olive oil, vinegar and finely chopped herbs. Baby Back Ribs - Half rack, slow-roasted with paprika rub and bbq sauce. Grilled Chicken - Chile-orange marinated with a cucumber salad.
Gambas - Sauteed garlic shrimp with smoked paprika and grilled bread. Escabeche - Spicy, chilled shrimp and scallop with tortilla chips. Mussels and Clams - Sauteed with chorizo and white wine broth. Ahi - Spicy tuna tartare stacked with avocado and crostini. Calamari - Catalan spiced and fried with rock shrimp, served with romesco sauce.
Mouhamara - Pureed walnut and red pepper with pomegranate molasses. Baba ghanoush - Pureed roasted eggplant and sesame. Hummus - Chick pea, olive oil and garlic. Tzatziki - Yogurt and cucumber mixed with a hint of dill. (All dips above served with one warm pita bread) Couscous - Warm with harissa, bell peppers and confit lemon. Lentils - Sauteed red and black lentils with bacon and sherry.
