With the release of the menus for each global marketplace at the 2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival we also learned which items would be Gluten-/Wheat-Friendly or Vegetarian. The list is provided below for reference. Confirm with the cast member at each booth if you have a food allergy or sensitivity. They should be able to provide you with an ingredients list, and perhaps even make adjustments to an item to meet your requirements.
