2018 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival returned to Walt Disney World Resort with 75 days of entertainment, events, and, of course, a veritable cornucopia of wonderful food and tasty beverages. The festival’s 23rd year ran from August 30 to November 12, 2018 and continued the tradition of fine dining events, appearances by favorite Disney culinarians and top celebrity chefs, and a slate of concerts from favorite bands of the last few decades.

New Events

Sunday Brunch with the Chef
Start your day in the most delicious way with a brunch buffet followed by a conversation with a distinguished, culinary television personality. Among those tentatively scheduled: Richard Blais, Jamie Deen, Tiffani Thiessen, Masaharu Morimoto, Buddy Valastro and Art Smith. Read more about this new offering HERE.

Food & Beverage Pairings

Booking for these above events opens to the general public on June 14, 2018, either online or by calling (407) 939-3378. Disney Vacation Club Members may book online or by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800.

NOTE: Annual Passholders, Tables in Wonderland and Disney Vacation Club members can begin booking these events at 9 a.m. Eastern on June 12, 2018, by calling (407) 939-3378. Other groups such as Golden Oak Residents and Disney Visa Cardholders have been eligible for early booking in the past, but we have not heard official confirmation about these groups this year.

New Foods at Festival Marketplaces

Here’s a glimpse at a few new offerings. Make sure to check back later for full menu listings.

  • New Brunswick Slider: Slow-braised Beef Brisket “Pot Roast Style” with Horseradish Cream, Crispy Fried Onions on a Potato Roll with Pickled Vegetables on the side (Located at Hops & Barley Marketplace)
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Vinaigrette, Parmesan Cheese, and Pumpkin Seeds (Vegetarian) (Located at The Wine & Dine Studio)
  • Charred Chimichurri Skirt Steak, smoked Corn Cake with Pickled Vegetable Slaw and Cilantro (Located at Flavors from Fire)

Also, there will be a NEW Taste Track global marketplace featuring specialty croissant doughnuts (add gelato for an extra-sweet treat). For a fourth year, global marketplaces will extend into Future World to offer brand-new taste sensations.

Eat to the Beat Concert Series

The Eat to the Beat Concert Series will return to this year’s 23rd annual Epcot International Food & Wine Festival August 30 through November 12, 2018, with a number of new acts, including Vertical Horizon, Sheila E. and High Valley. Shows are held at the America Gardens Theatre at World Showcase in Epcot nightly. Showtimes are 5:30, 6:45 and 8 p.m.

Valid Epcot admission is required. All entertainment and artist appearances are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Character Dance Party
On Friday and Saturday evenings, kids enjoy an interactive atmosphere where they dance and play along with Disney Characters.

Junior Chef Kitchen presented by Krusteaz®
Children become chefs and get to eat what they make in this family-friendly, complimentary experience every Sunday at the Festival Center.

New Marketplaces
Discover a brand-new mimosa bar, wine and local beers, select food options and complimentary samples and seminars hosted by Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company.

Commemorate your visit and bring the culinary magic home with official event merchandise created just for the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival including apparel, home décor, trading pins and more!

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide ‘n’ Squeak Scavenger Hunt also returns in 2018. Embark on a Ratatouille-inspired adventure where kids of all ages can search for Remy on a savory scavenger hunt around the Festival — with Remy hiding in all new locations!
