Recipes Chili Yacht & Beach Club Resort

3 ½ pounds Ground Beef
1 Yellow onion, diced small
1 Green Pepper, cleaned, diced small
24 ounces Tomato, crushed, canned
24 ounces Red Kidney Beans, canned
5 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
To taste: Salt & Black Pepper

Method of Preparation:
In a large pot, cook beef until brown. Drain fat. Add onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, garlic and Worcestershire. Cook for 30 minutes. Add green peppers & kidney beans. Cook for 20 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
