Recipes Atlantic Salmon Filet with Tamarind Glaze, Mango-Wasabi Coulis and Pesto Restaurant Akershus Norway – Epcot

Yield: 4 servings

4 each-6 ounce salmon filets
4 Tablespoons Tamarind Glaze
2 Tablespoons Wasabi Coulis
2 Tablespoons Pesto
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method of Preparation:
Pre-heat convection oven to 400 degrees. Lay out salmon on a sheet pan, season lightly and coat with Tamarind Glaze. Bake salmon until internal temperature of 140 degrees is achieved. Drizzle Wasabi Coulis and Pesto over exterior of fish in a criss-cross fashion. Plate and serve.
