| Jul. 15 - Dec. 16 | Riviera Resort : Disney Resorts | Disney's Riviera Resort The Riviera Resort is “inspired by the grandeur of Europe, but reimagined à la Disney magic.” It will be conveniently located near Caribbean Beach Resort, and will feature Disney Skyliner transportation to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot when it opens December 16, 2019. |
| Fall 2018 - 2020 | Swan : Disney Resorts | The Cove The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel's tennis courts will be the site of a new 349-room, 14-story hotel tower. |
| Mid to Late August 2019 - Dec. 26 | Beach Club : Disney Resorts | Beaches and Cream Soda Shop A temporary ice cream spot will be set up in either the Beach Club or Yacht Club resort, but we don’t know if some of the Soda Shop’s popular sundaes will be available at the temporary location. |
