Fall 2018 - 2020Swan : Disney ResortsThe Cove The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel's tennis courts will be the site of a new 349-room, 14-story hotel tower.
Fall 2018 - 2022Reflections – A Disney Lakeside Lodge : Disney ResortsReflections Bay Lake will be getting a new nature-inspired, mixed-use Disney resort that will sit between Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. The new resort will be in the deluxe resort category, and will include more than 900 hotel rooms and proposed Disney Vacation Club villas. It will be Disney's 16th Disney Vacation Club property.
June 2019 - TBASaratoga Springs : Disney ResortsSaratoga Springs Resort and Spa General resort refurbishment, with crews renovating both the building exteriors and guest room interiors. Interior updates include changes to floor and wall coverings plus the addition of a new style fold-down sofabed. No official timetable has been announced.
Winter 2020 - TBAPop Century : Disney ResortsPop Century Resort's Hippy Dippy Pool During this time, guests can use the Bowling Pool, Computer Pool and the kiddie pool. Also, Movies Under the Stars will be offered in an alternate location. Guests may notice construction noise while this refurbishment is underway, but the noise should not be heard from Guest rooms between dusk and 9 a.m.

January 2020 - late-2020All Star Music : Disney ResortsAll-Star Music All-Star Music rooms are being refurbished by building. In 10/2019, Building 10 was under refurbishment. In 1/2020, Buildings 7 and 9 are fully closed for the refurbishment.
