Jan. 01 - Sept 30th 2023Disney Resorts : Walt Disney WorldStar Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Disney announced that the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will be closing permanently. The final voyage for the Star Wars Hotel will be September 28th-30th, 2023.

2014 - 2015Main Street USA : Magic KingdomCentral Plaza/Hub Several enhancements to the Central Plaza area between the end of Main Street and Cinderella Castle in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom are under way.
Early 2014 - Late 2015Swan : Disney ResortsWDW Swan Hotel The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is currently undergoing the largest renovation in its 25-year history. The Swan rooms are currently being renovated, set to be completed in 2015. Renovations take place between 9am and 7pm daily.
Jul. 26 - Apr. 01Polynesian : Disney ResortsNanea Volcano Pool Several enhancements are scheduled, including a new aquatic playground with children's slides, a new hot tub, and a larger deck with more guest seating. As an alternative, resort guests are being notified that they will receive free, single-day admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. Transportation will be provided to the water park, where a dedicated Polynesian guest check-in will be available, at which you can receive your complimentary tickets and towels. The Polynesian's leisure pool will remain open during the Nanea pool refurbishment.

Jan. 01 - Spring 2015Caribbean Beach : Disney ResortsCaribbean Beach Guest Rooms During this time, all rooms (with the exception of King Bed rooms and Pirate Rooms) will be upgrading to queen beds. Many rooms (but not all) will then have the ability to accommodate up to five, with the addition of a bunk-size fold down bed. These rooms will be located in all of the resort's villages.
Ongoing - Aug. 22Beach Club : Disney ResortsBeach Club Guest Rooms Guest rooms are being refurbished with new hard and soft goods. Work takes place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
Jan. 01 - Feb. 02Beach Club : Disney ResortsStormalong Bay Through February 2, 2015, the Flying Jib slide will not be available to guests. Also closed during this period will be Bubblin' Bay and Sinking Sands areas of the pool -- essentially all areas from the slide exit up to the nearby bridge. During these closures, all other areas of the pool will remain open to guests.
Early 2015 - Summer 2015Disney Springs : Walt Disney WorldDisney Springs Transformation - Paradiso 37 Paradiso 37 is set to nearly double its seating. It will add more terrace dining and a new outdoor performance stage. The menu will continue to offer a culinary tour of North, Central and South America. Paradiso 37 will remain open while undergoing renovations, which are expected to be finished by this summer.

The Grandstand Pool, The Paddock Pool and Congress Park Pool will remain open during this time. Be mindful that guests may see or hear construction while the work is underway, but no noise should be heard between dusk and 9:00 AM.

January 9, 2023 - Early April 2023Contemporary : Disney ResortsDisney's Contemporary Resort The Feature Pool and whirlpool spas will close for refurbishment beginning January 9th, 2023. During this time, the water play area and Bay Lake Pool will still be open but noise should not be heard from guest rooms between dusk and 9AM daily.
Jan 9th. - Jan. 27thDisney's Hollywood Studios : Walt Disney WorldFor the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration The Frozen Sing-Along is scheduled to close for refurbishment beginning on January 9th to 27th.
Jan. 9 - April 2023Fort Wilderness : Disney ResortsMeadow Swimmin' Pool and whirlpool spa Meadow Swimmin' Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort from January 9, 2023 through early April 2023. The water play area, Meadow Snack Bar, the Wilderness Swimmin' Pool, and its whirlpool spa will remain open for guests during this time. Guests may see and hear construction noise while this refurbishment is underway.

January 24th - Late 2024Frontierland : Magic KingdomSplash Mountain Splash Mountain will close on January 24th, 2023 to reopen as the new Tiana's Bayou Adventure in late 2024.
