Menus at San Angel Inn Restaurante

Wonderful dining experience all the way around. We had a quiet table near the boat ride and temple and the dark lighting made for a very intimate atmosphere. Our server was so kind and courteous, a real credit to this location. Chips and salsa, both red and green, were fresh and plentiful. We both ordered margaritas, served on the rocks, and they were smooth and flavorful. I had the Wild Passionfruit while my fiance had the San Angel margarita. Worth every penny after a long day at the parks.
I had the Mole Poblano which was wonderful. The chicken was tender and the rice was cooked perfectly. The mole itself was rich and complex, certainly a great example of what that sauce can be. Fiance had the Combinación Mexicana and she was extremely satisfied. Both portions were huge, so come with a big appetite!
We would likely have skipped dessert normally but I chose the crema bavaria. It was light and had a pleasant note of cinnamon, not too heavy after our large meal. Fiance went with the Pastel de Queso con Cajeta which was rich and creamy.
The only negative thing I can even remotely think of is that we showed up at 8:00 for our 8:30 reservation and they wouldn't let us check in until 8:15, which is totally understandable. We rode the boat ride to kill the time and it worked out perfectly.
I would rate this location higher than a 10 if I could, it was that amazing. Maybe not the best choice for small kids but older kids and grown ups will love it!
Pros:
Huge portions, atmosphere, chips and salsa, margaritasCons:

We eat here at least once every time we go to Disney! We enjoy the lunch menu more than the dinner menu because of the enchiladas verde, which I HIGHLY recommend! We started with the toastadas--DELICIOUS and then I had the enchiladas as my entree. They were incredible. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse which was also very very good. We actually like the atmosphere and how dark and intimate the setting is, although the tables are very close together. Would (and will!) dine here again and again!
Pros:
excellent food, great nachos, amazing viewCons:

We dined at San Angel Inn recently. It is one of our favorites at Epcot and this visit did not disappoint. We all had the Sopa Azteca (traditional tortilla soup) that is presented and served tableside. It's delicious! We also all once again had our favorite entree, Pollo a la Rajas (grilled chicken with rice in a cream sauce). This dish is so wonderful and always excellent. Desserts here are terrific as well. My favorite is the Crema Bavaria. I highly recommend San Angel Inn not only for the beautiful and romantic atmosphere but also for the food. Also, we had the best server at our trip here, Marion. He was so friendly and a joy to talk to. He also works at Be Our Guest.
Pros:
Beautiful atmosphere, great wait staffCons:

My children and I ate lunch here and it was one of the best meals we had at Disney. The chips and salsa were delicious. I ordered the steak tacos and my son ordered quesadillas and both were excellent. The only downside is the lighting. It was perfect to set the mood, but made it difficult to see the menu. Also, the children's menu only offered Mexican dishes. It would be nice to see pbj or something ordinary for picky eaters.

We love eating at San Angel so made reservations for 2/7/13. This time did not disappoint! Our server Christy was fantastic! The meals we ordered were delicious! I got the pollo a las rojas, husband got the carne asada and my MIL got the pork dish (can't remember the name). Everyone loved the meal! Dolce De Leche ice cream finished off the meal! Can't wait to eat here again on our next trip to Disney World!

One of our favorite spots in Disney! You can't beat the ambiance for dinner if you ask for a table by the water and watch the boat ride go by. We all loved the food and service was very friendly.

we had lunch here on the 8th of Dec. We ordered two appetizers- the queso fundido and the tostadas- both were really good. We also ordered the tres leches cake which was tasty. Our server was very pleasant and service was quick.
