I prefer Disneyland’s version of this ride. It was smooth and it longer than in WDW. There are several problems in WDW version that Disney did correct in Disneyland. The cue is really great and seeing all the props and movie posters feels you are in a movie itself. You can see and feel the changes Disney did in Disneyland’s version.
Pros:
It is perfect for the whole family. Third and Fourth cars can see what is happening in Disneyland’s version.Cons:
WDW’s version Third and Fourth cars don’t see happening.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 11/01/2022

The theming of this ride is just fantastic! I love the bit where the wall disappears and you are in the cartoon, very clever! It's a family ride, so no big thrills, but the story and artwork are brilliant!
Pros:
Fun for all ages!Cons:

Litteraly My Favorite Ride In The Whole Of Disney World! I'm An Animator So I Had A Personal Connection To This Ride And It Really Feels Like You Just Stepped Inside A Cartoon.
Pros:
Being In A Mickey Cartoon!Cons:
Ride Can Close Quite Frequently Because Of Weather And They Don't Want A Bunch Of Soggy People Riding A VERY High-Tech Ride.Reviewed by PolynesianStitch Review Date: 06/26/2022

Excellent addition to park, enjoyable by all ages.
We went at end of evening when there was no line, during day it was quite long
Pros:
New, varied experience, good for kidsCons:
Long lines most of the dayReviewed by MJandJimmy Review Date: 01/26/2022

Rode this Nov 2020 and the line was way too long all day during that trip. At the time, the lines for this ride were pushing hour and a half or more all day.
This recent trip though, the line was actually more of a walk on during the middle of the day. Was definitely a different experience.
Great attraction for Mickey and Minnie and the rest of the gang featured, even though I do miss the GMR.
Pros:
You get to dance with Daisy!! Oh, and Mickey and Minnie rush around trying to rescue you.Cons:

An amazingly cute ride where your train is conducted by goofy. It was my son's first ever disney ride and I can't recommend it enough. Hearing his giggles and laughter and want to get right back in line to ride it again.
Pros:
It's the first mickey and Minnie exclusive ride.Cons:

Okay, my family LOVED this ride! The queue is NOT your basic Fun Spot queue. This was my 3rd favorite, only behind Millenium Falcon: Smuggler's Run and Test Track.
Pros:
cute and trackless ride, making a fun experince.Cons:

This is my favorite ride in Hollywood Studios! Sorry, Great Movie Ride. Although I do miss it’s predecessor, I really like Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. It’s various scenes are cute, funny, and bound to make you smile. I also enjoy how you notice something different each time you ride this attraction.

As much as I miss The Great Movie Ride, I was very impressed with this ride. I had watched some videos of it before our trip, and I was excited for it, but watching it on video just doesn't do it justice. We ended up hopping to that park on our last day, just so we could ride it again, and ended up riding it two more times before we left. It is also the ride I'm looking forward to the most on my next trip.
Pros:
cute and funCons:
wish they could have added this somewhere without getting rid of The Great Movie RideReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 10/07/2021
