Ehh. This service has gone downhill. No issues from airport to disney hotel. But the bus took off and left us while I was trying to find the right mears bus leaving our hotel. I had connected to the locator so they could see my party was onsite. The customer service number just plays one of the high call recordings and u never get a person to help set up the next bus. You are out of luck if something goes wrong. Highly recommend Uber instead. They are always near the resorts so driver was there within 2 minutes plus you can order it for a time that works for you.. not too early for your flight like mears does. More time at the parks or relaxing!

Had issues leaving airport with the check in crew sending people to the wrong bus causing the driver to have to delay departure to find the right bus for the wrong passengers. When getting picked up for the airport the link provided no info on our bus until 20 minutes past when we were supposed to have left for the airport. Then since the bus was over thirty minutes late when it got there to pick us up they decided to have it wait around for the next group to board so they wouldn't be late. Making our group originally group for this bus now leaving the resorts for the airport almost an hour behind.

We took Mears at the end of November from the airport to Animal Kingdom Lodge. It took 2 hours. We sat at the airport for 1/2 hour not moving waiting for the bus to fill up, then when I finally thought we were going to leave, we pulled away to stop at another terminal to wait for more people to board and then to 2 hotels before ours. We chose to do something different on the way back.

We used Mears Connect previously in 2022 for round trip. We had an early flight, so we had no wait for the bus to the resort. For our return trip, the bus showed up 15 minutes late and still had to stop at 2 other resorts. Luckily we have TSA precheck or we may have been in trouble. Fast forward to our most recent trip in 2023, once again we had no wait for the bus to our resort. However, our bus to take us back to the airport never showed up. Us and another party were supposed to be picked up at 5:10 and the tracking link wasn’t working. At 5:30 we called and were assured the bus was coming. At 5:45 a Mears Connect Van driver showed up (not there for us-she was there for another group) and we explained our situation. Luckily she had a few extra seats and was able to call her supervisor and get us on the van. We pulled out of the resort at 5:55, 45 mins after our bus was supposed to be there, and we don’t know if that bus ever showed. I most likely won’t be using Mears again after having a headache with both return trips.

We were required to be at the departure location from our hotel 15 minutes before the shuttle departure time. Our shuttle was over 20 minutes late picking us up at that point we just called a Lyft and of course that’s when the shuttle showed up. Don’t recommend if you want to make your flight on time.
