Overall, one of the best meals we had at Disney! If you think Thanksgiving is the best meal of the year, you'll love it.
Pros:
Plenty of food at a not terrible price for two people If you have tree nut/peanut allergies, the plant based dessert was delicious and not too heavy on a hot day.Cons:
Despite being all you care to enjoy, we were not offered more and kind of shuffled out.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/10/2023

When my family visited in late July, we were able to book a last minute reservation. The restaurant is very cozy and cute. The food was delicious! The salad was surprisingly good, and we liked everything they gave us for the entree. The sticky toffee cake was so good, and it might be my new favorite MK dessert. We're so glad we ate here, and we will definitely be back!

LOVE this one! We make a point of booking during the heat of the day, filling up, then snacking elsewhere for dinner. The food and service are excellent!
Pros:
Lots of food, items are crowd-pleasers, great air conditioning, calm environmentCons:
Maybe too much food if you can't leave the park for a nap!Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 08/10/2023

This was our first trip as a family since the kids were children. As a group we chose Liberty Tree Tavern and were not disappointed! The positive attitudes from all the staff was a welcome start. The food was a delicious Thanksgiving type fare. This is an all you care to eat restaurant and they really keep it coming. We had to remind ourselves that dessert was still coming. Everyone raves over the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake but don't pass up the apple cake. Only after we raved about it, did the waiter tell us it was vegan! Honestly we were shocked. This is a restaurant everyone can enjoy and we will happily return on our next visit.
Pros:
American comfort food cooked well, Friendly and speedy staff, price point- not overly priced and you get your money's worth.Cons:
Not an adventurous menu. You have to like American Thanksgiving type fare.Reviewed by jjbmtperk Review Date: 01/27/2023

We try to get to new dining experiences each visit and Liberty Tree Tavern was one of our new dinner selections during this past week's WDW visit. All the staff was most gracious and attentive. Had a great table in a little window alcove. The meal was not disappointing, including the second helping of dessert.
Pros:
Great staff working here, basic menu done very well.Cons:

This is a very hearty, very filling meal - bless you if you can handle that in the Florida heat! Love a stop here at the end of a busy day or right before the start of a late night at Magic Kingdom to fuel up. The atmosphere is something Walt surely would have been proud of - steeped in detail and history, and each room worth exploring (especially if you're like me and need to walk off a little of dinner before they server you your dessert).
Pros:
Approachable food, and very cool colonial American decor. Feels like an old New England tavern!Cons:
Small rooms so noise carries and echos. Heavy food; prepare to feel as stuffed as a Thanksgiving turkey!Reviewed by -36- Review Date: 06/04/2022

My kids and I had a great experience at Liberty Tree Tavern. The colonial theming and decor are fantastic. We loved the family style dining and everyone enjoyed the entire meal. Liberty Tree Tavern was a safe option for my teen who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. The only part of the meal that wasn’t safe for her was dessert, but they brought her out a safe brownie a la mode that she loved. Liberty Tree Tavern is our favorite place to eat in Magic Kingdom.
Pros:
Family style dining Great for “non adventurous” eaters like us Delicious comfort food Great colonial themingCons:

nice platter of Turkey, pork roast and beef with a mushroom gravy also stuffing and a small crock with a cranberry sauce. These were all so good! Everything was well prepared and tasty. The sauce is homemade and more sauce like than jellied. My other favorite platter has mash potatoes and green beans. I did not eat the mac and cheese but my sons and DH liked it. The salad of mixed greens had a very yummy dressing but only a bit of tomato and some sliced radishes; but I had 2nd and 3rds cause I like mixed greens and the dressing was so good. Rolls were just standard dinner rolls. My crew loves the cake and ice cream for the dessert. I asked for and received sorbet with blueberries on top instead. It was so refreshing! The place was busy and the food fresh!
