Love this little place. If you have food allergies, they do have options here. We have a gluten issue and they have fries and burgers and chicken fingers that are really good. Always have to stop here for a drink or two while we are here, but the food is decent too and won't break the bank account.

I ate here in February and again in September. like that you can order from the kids menu. Both times I ordered the Chicken nuggets and sides. I had the same server both times and he was very accommodating and friendly. Liked the little sand bucket and shovel you got the food in. Loved the food in February, hated it in September. I can not eat fried foods. I love the baked chicken nuggets. I found out that Disney changed all the chicken nuggets from baked to fried. I have had the grilled chicken sandwich in the past, it was very good so now will have to go back to ordering that. i do like eat at this Grill sorry that I lost one eating option.

It hurts me a little to write not good things about Hanna's as my family has been eating here for many, many years. However, as the prices rise, the service and food quality fall. We had three in our party, 2 ordered the scallop, lobster and shrimp roll and one ordered chicken nuggets. The nuggets were fine of course, standard Disney nuggets. The seafood rolls were average. The buns were fresh and soft but the salad itself was far more filler and lettuce than seafood. I specifically asked if it had onions and was told no. Then hesitation..."Are you allergic?" No, I just don't like them and would change my order. "No, no onions." Spoiler alert, it was chock full of onions but I guess my dislike wasn't enough for her to confirm if it had them or not. The meal took almost 20 minutes and by the time we got our food, it was pouring. The tables with umbrellas were all taken so we stood under the covered drink area. Not ideal, we know, but we stood in front of the coffee, which no one was getting because it was 95°. A cast member rudely told us that there were plenty of seats in the lobby. Well, okay, except we won't be ruining $40 worth of food to get there. It just isn't what it used to be and its sad. Normally we would have given it another shot but we decided on Beaches and Cream the following day, which was wonderful.

Good quality food poolside.
The first night we tried to eat at Hanna's was a failure. We checked out the Marketplace which was completely slammed with people at 8 PM weeknight in June. Hanna's closes at 9 PM while the pool was open until 11 PM. After waiting for over 30 minutes without being able to order food at Marketplace I walked up to Hanna's at 8:55. I looked at the menu and waited to order. When a person finally came over to the window at 8:59 I asked if we could still place an order. The CM replied "We're Closed!" and slammed the metal doors down basically in my face. I walked a few feet over to the bar area and asked the bartender if I could at least order some fries or something. The bartender looked over to the CM cleaning at Hanna's and the CM replied "I told that guy we are closed once already".
We visited again a couple days later at lunch time. After getting our food we realized there was no seating available. There is about half a dozen tables right next to Hanna's and some spread out around the pool. The tables near by were nowhere near enough to handle all the customers and the ones at the pool were covered with peoples towels and sun-block. They really need a bigger dedicated seating area or need to enforce that the tables are actually for people to sit and eat and not just throw your belongings on for the day.
The third time we tried to eat there we found out that they were opening at 11. I stayed outside the door until they opened up and was the first one to order. Even at 10:30 AM my wife struggled to find us a table and eventually found one with only 3 chairs but at least it was a table.
Once we got our food and ate it was actually pretty good. DW really enjoyed her Lobster Roll and my burger was pretty good for counter service. The kids enjoyed their selections and I think all kids enjoy getting the sand-bucket to play with at Storm Along Bay.
We will eat here again for sure but will need to make sure we plan a bit so we will actually be able to get food and sit down and eat it. We will have to add "Reserve Table" and "Get in food line early" to our Touring Plan when we visit Storm Along Bay! LOL 🙂

I got the seafood roll twice: the first time (weekend) it was really good but the second time (weekday) it was more vegetables than food and the dressing was more bland.
The drink cups had RFID chips in the bottom of the cup to make sure people don't get extra refills. The guy said "you get four refills in two hours, but we didn't realize that was machine-enforced. We didn't want extra refills, as we were leaving for home, but that kind of expense to make sure we didn't get any little extra appalled us.
