We greatly enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Thanksgiving morning, our first visit to this location. The excellent chefs make your omelet, pancakes, French toast, and waffles to order. All were outstanding - the best on Disney property. (You scoop your omelet items into a silver bowl and hand it to the chef). We also especially enjoyed the oatmeal, grits, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, pastries, orange juice, and coffee. Service was a bit below par on this very busy morning. The atmosphere is nice - Sheraton, not Disney. Managers are visibly coordinating the restaurant. We look forward to returning to Fresh for breakfast buffet on our next visit to WDW.

This breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items that should please most. I was not terribly hungry so I was able to order a la carte while my husband got the buffet. This is a costly buffet at $23 per person but they do offer a 20% triple A discount plus you can use your $5 Going Green vouchers the Dolphin gives you if you pass on maid service. We were able to take $10 off with the vouchers and about $8 off with the triple A so this really helped. Our waitress was very friendly. An enjoyable experience.
