This is where it all began. The Disneyland Monorail is a staple and a must do for your first trip, or your 100th.

Simple little ride. Great way to sneak into Tomorrowland when the park opens to get on space mountain. Goes right to the end of downtown Disney making is easy to get to the Disneyland hotel and paradise pier.

Because of Disneyland being a compact theme park the Monorail is little more than a ride. But if you want to visit Downtown Disney while visiting Disneyland take the Monorail and get off at the stop in Downtown Disney. One of the few remaining rides Walt Disney rode and signed off on.

A Walt Disney original. Good way to get into Disneyland from Downtown Disney.Cons:

This is a great way to sneak past some people in the park when it first opens. You can jump on the monorail right when the parks opens and get into tomorrowland.
