We had lunch here recently and I ordered the pot pie. While I found the pot pie to have a very good flavor, the veggies inside were undercooked and tough. The restaurant is crowded upstairs and down, and it felt like we were staring like vultures at people to get up and let us have their table...then likewise when others looked at us for ours! However, my children enjoyed their very basic chicken and fries.
Pros:

Ran in to escape the rain and had a tuna sandwich which was Ok - it's hard to screw that up. Hubbo had the lobster roll. Not too much lobster but he said what lobster meat was there was fresh not frozen. It's an OK quick serve.
Pros:
Plenty of tables in air conditioningCons:

It was a busy December afternoon when arriving for lunch. We were able to get away from some of the noise by choosing a window seat in the upstairs area. My son ordered the chicken strips---enough for 2 meals for a little guy. I ordered the chicken pot pie and string beans. In the past, the chicken pot pie has been absolutely delicious! This time, there was a lot of black pepper in the dish. Unfortunately, I'm sensitive to pepper, so I actually couldn't eat the meal and ended up throwing most of it away. There were many other choices that I'll try instead next time.
Pros:
Varied food choicesCons:
noisy, crowded, and too much pepperReviewed by memakwed Review Date: 12/28/2013

We usually go each trip. We went this time but didn't have the best experience. DS is done with kids menus due to lack of variety and size so I swapped with him. I had the kids tuna and Ds had adult fish and chips. The fish and chips here are horrible compared to EPCOT but similar to a frozen fish stick from the store. You get 3. He liked it and ate 2 out of 3 with fries. DH got the Salmon dinner with couscous and broccoli. My parent's had the shrimp platters the were 7 good sized shrimp with fries. 2 chocolate cake and 2 blueberry cobbler. Cobbler not my favorite. 4 sodas. Like that they have malt vinegar here.
Pros:
different foodCons:

We had lunch here with the Tour group we were on. They said that the hot food machines were broken so we were limited to a small menu. I had the lobster roll which was great. My boyfriend had a salad, he said it was very dirty tasting. My Coke tasted like dirty rain water and his Sprite had no Syrup to flavor it. I would give it another try on our own.

Decent, if unimpressive, food. My major complaint is the ordering area - I use a cane, so I can only carry my tray with one hand, and it is hard to negotiate the overcrowded ordering area, despite the fact that there are line "handlers" who direct people to an ordering station.
The clam chowder is ok, but not anything special. The bread bowl is not worth the extra money, unless you are extremely hungry. It's nothing special black bread. I wanted a vegetable, and the only offering is green beans - plain, unseasoned, kind of cold, greeen beans. A side salad or cole slaw would be welcome additions to the menu.
Seating is always challenging. I am handicapped, use a cane, and can't get upstairs because there is no elevator. This time we ended up eating near a trash can at a table for two that seemed to have just landed there for no particular reason. It's less than ideal to be trying to eat while people are depositing trash a foot behind your head. Plus, people walk off without bussing their tables, and the servers are slow to clean up (because it looks like the staff has been reduced and they are busy trying to keep up).
The menu, as at most DW restaurants, has been reduced substantially with the excuse that Covid made them do it. I suspect that we will never see the return of old, fuller menus.
Pros:
Decent location, food okCons:

One of the better quick service spots in MK, but it's sad because the food is still so-so. The lobster roll was fine, but nothing that will knock your socks off. Same with the clam chowder. This one scores higher for me because compared to what else you get in Magic Kingdom, this one is your best option.
Pros:
Decent seafood, neat themingCons:

My husband and I split a meal here. Food was hot and tasty. We sat upstairs which was a bit quieter than the lower level.
Pros:
Decent food. Prices are a little high but can share because the portion size is good. Food was fresh and hotCons:

good location not far from the Haunted Mansion,
good food selection for anyone with food allergies. Options include baked salmon, fries, green beans and more.
I had the Tuna salad sandwich on multigrain bread with kettle cooked chips and sweet tea.
great seating areas, décor and service, will be returning here again.
