On the fence of which moderate resort to stay at? This is by far the best. My family stayed in Sept 2022 for 9 days and we were all in agreement. Why? Location, gondolas, beautiful grounds, food options, pool, room decor, and staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that we could take gondola to two parks and also to Art of Animation to eat. At the end of the day strolling the grounds and watching Epcot fireworks was a plus for sure. We get the park hopper tickets and with the use of gondolas going back and forth to parks is worth the cost.

Our family LOVES CBR! We don’t mind that things are spread out because it feels a lot more peaceful and quiet. A great spot to relax after crowded park days. The louder activities (like pool and playground) are away from the rooms. We love the look of the resort and the way it makes you feel like a real escape.

i thought caribbean beach was AMAZING!!! everyone says it’s too big, but i didn’t have any problem with the size. i stayed in trinidad which is just a bridge cross over from the skyliner and JOFFERYS!!! i walked there ever morning it was great. the resort is beautiful and there is SO much to do. i wish i did a resort day. not to mention the lobby smells AMAZING

Just got back from a week at CBR. This had everything I needed, peace and quiet, great internet (had to work some of the time), great food over at Centertown. The transportation, be it bus to Disney Springs or Magic Kingdom, was super efficient and easy to access. Skyliner was fantastic and so convenient. This moderate hotel hits the sweet spot on luxury and price.
Pros:
My hotel hotel was 100's less than a deluxe room, and the only thing I didn't have was quite the eating options. But honestly, I ate every breakfast at Centertown, and most dinners as well, and I never ran out of options. And the quality of the food was off the chart. And the unlimited drink machine outside my door was such a treat!Cons:

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. I liked the fact that there isn't over the top Disney theming. We stayed in a preferred room, so being close to Old Port Royale was really nice. We will most likely stay here every time we come back. We loved Molly's review. She is the bees knees as far as everything Disney is concerned!

This resort is honestly my favorite. The theming, the scenery, the liveliness, and even the pool make this resort great relaxing and fun vacation

Im rating this going here before the pandemic, and as a kid, so yeah.
Me, my siblings, and my parents went here in December 2019. This was our first time and it was pretty cool.
The rooms were pretty okay. They were like your average hotel rooms, but a bit upgraded. There are no elevators, so if you’re traveling with somebody who has a wheelchair, choose a first floor room or a different resort. We stayed in Barbados near the pool, resturants, lobby, and skyliner. If you want to be near it all, you should mainly get Barbados, but Martinique would be another option.
The food was amazing. Sebastian’s was really good. This isn’t the restaurant for picky eaters. There isn’t a lot of chicken fingers and pasta on this list. But the bread with the jams is good. The grab and go area is quick and easy, it’s pretty much like a mini grocery store. The Centertown Market serves food like Mickey Waffles, eggs, fresh fruit, stuff like that.
The transportation was pretty okay. The skyliner really helped because Hollywood Studios and Epcot were really close on the skyliner. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom will take a while, considering they are limiting buses now, but you should be fine
Overall, this is an amazing resort, especially if somebody in your party loves the Caribbean or pirates!

I’m a teenager that has been to Caribbean Beach twice, and I’ve gotta say, I really like this resort. The theme was really nice, the colors of the buildings were also really nice, and I also really like the playgrounds and the pools there.
I’ve seen reviews that have said stuff about cramped bathrooms, but it never really bothered me too much since the bathrooms where I live are also relatively small. And I have also seen reviews about the rooms being dated, and while I do slightly agree, the rooms never really bothered me that much.
Overall, an amazing resort, and if I get to go there again, I will go back to Caribbean Beach.

We stayed at Caribbean Beach this year and had a WONDERFUL experience. We really enjoyed being right by the skyliner hub, our bus stop was close and never a wait. The food and drinks at Banana Cabana was great and just what we needed. The POOL!! Oh the pool, my kids absolutely loved that pool.
The lobby is clean and smells wonderful. The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness.
I was convinced traveling during a pandemic would be weird and we would be missing some amenities. But CBR did a great job of keeping up the energy and the magic. We will stay here again and again!!
