My first stay at The Beach Club Villas! The best location for me to take advantage of The Food & Wine Festival offerings from Oct.25-Nov.1. The walk from the hotel took just minutes. Nice room-I liked having a couch to nap on in the afternoons between my morning outing and evening at Epcot. Cast members were very friendly in the lobby and the Marketplace. I watched them assembling the gingerbread carousel one afternoon. Wish I could have seen the finished product. The weather was extremely hot during my vacation week and the hotel's location was perfect for an air-conditioned break between daily adventures. Access to the skyway for the Studios was great and the bus service to MK and AK was good, never had to wait very long for a bus. I spend most of my WDW vacation at Epcot and this hotel was an absolute winner with me.

Location is the best for access to Epcot which is where we go for dinner and October food feast.
Pros:
Glad they got rid of the whirlpool tubs, very annoying when you are the room below and here the hum of the motors. The new Gondola system is “close” if you use the back way, but we still found the boat was the best way to HW Studios. Pool is still the best in the Reports short of Typhoon Lagoon.Cons:
Beaches and Cream is not yet open, they do have ice cream in Ariel’s but no massive kitchen sink, you can get two mini Kitchen Sinks which are basically expanded banana splits. Nice game area for the kids while you wait.Reviewed by Suem5 Review Date: 06/14/2019

We had a standard studio booked and because of a mix up with reservation we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. It was absolutely gorgeous, so much room for 6 of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were large and there was lots of space for everything for our 5 night stay. The balcony was huge and view was gorgeous! Mousekeeping delivered us extra towels, soap etc whenever we requested. Beds were extremely comfortable.

This resort is so convenient when visiting Epcot and a lovely walk or boat ride to HS. The location is amazing. The atmosphere is great, grounds are beautiful and as a bonus it is right across from the Boardwalk where there is more shops and food etc. And of course there is the amazing pool which can’t be beat! And that wonderful fresh scent you get when walking in the lobby is the best! Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to welcome us !Cons:
I honestly can’t think of any negative thing about this resort! We enjoyed everything about it! The only thing that would stop me from staying there at each and every visit to WDW would be of course the price, I think you get what you pay for and even though we can’t stay here every visit I definitely would save up to stay at least once a year here.Reviewed by smcolburn Review Date: 04/17/2019

Stayed in a one bedroom at the Villas from 10/8 to 10/15. The newly refurbished rooms are beautiful. The paint in the hallways are now bright and welcoming and the new carpet is great.

This is our home resort and we love it. However, it had become very worn over the last several years. We were so happy to see all the renovations that were done. Everything looks great!!

Our home is VGF, so this was our first DVC stay away from there. We really enjoyed the proximity to Epcot and DHS. The entire resort loop of BW, B&Y, Swan and Dolphin is really neat. Love the beach, the pool area, and the running loop. We will definitely be staying in this area again.

The Beach Club Villas at Disney is our favorite resort destination.
We have stayed at the Beach Club Villas every year for the past 10 years.
On our most recent visit (March 2016 )we were very impressed with the room renovations and updates.
In my opinion, staying at the Beach Club is the best part of a Disney Experience!!

We just got back from our first stay at the Beach Club Villas (Aug. 2 - Aug. 9, 2015) and we couldn't have been more happy!! We loved everything about our stay!! We requested room 536 and got it! Our one bedroom was plenty big for me, my husband, and our two boys (8 & 11), and spic-and-span clean!! The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help us with anything that we needed at any time! We were on the dining plan so the refillable mugs at the pool and market place were great! Also, there were a lot of snack and quick service options, and the food was great! We have absolutely no complaints and can't wait to come back again next year!!
