I'm sure the night we went was an off night or a training night, BUT, it was a rough night. The drinks we ordered were the worst we had during our weeklong stay and one arrived with a gnat in it. The apps we ordered (queso and rolls) were just ok, and the service was so slow and none of the serving staff were attentive. There was something wrong at every table in our section. I'm sure they were understaffed and training a bunch of people, but our night was so bad I'm not willing to give it another shot.

My newest experience at Banana Cabana was a little bit disappointing due to all the food having to be packed up in a cardboard box. I got a salad and i felt like i just grabbed it from a gas station. I do have to say the atmosphere is very fitting and cute.

I would review the food if we would have been able to actually order any. This was a bucket list dining spot for my 6 year old (after watching the All Ears video where Molly went 😄) and he was so excited to go. We got there and didn’t have anyone acknowledge us, or take our order. After trying to wrangle a server for about 20 minutes we left with our child in tears. This was probably the most disappointing Disney experience ever.

Food is decent, nothing mind blowing. Most go here for the drinks by the pool. Right now with social distancing in place you will be waiting for a while to actually be seated because of just how limited the seating is. If you thought it was low capacity before the closure, now it is very low. Overall the process to be seated and eat took way longer than it needed to and I was underwhelmed with the food. In a pinch this is an okay choice, if close enough I would recommend walking or taking the skyliner to Riviera resort to grab a better higher quality table service meal.

Because of the size of the resort it might be a 20 minute walk to get here. At that point if you're in the Aruba section of the resort you could have walked to the Riviera resort and had a much better meal. The island music along with the delicious drinks make this the perfect place to relax. We could have sat on the swing for hours!

We've stayed at Caribbean multiple times and love the Banana Cabana. It's always our first stop when we arrive to get a pink slushy drink on the way to drop off our luggage at our room.
We've eaten in the lounge area a couple times and the food has been great for the price. I like that the menu has some Caribbean and Cuban inspired items that are different from the typical Disney Quick Service options.
You can also get the bread pudding from Sebastians here and it's so good.

We had a very pleasant late lunch here during our stay at the Caribbean Beach resort. We were lucky because this location was pretty busy our whole stay ( 13 nights ) and usually had a line to get in after 7p. We had the Parker House Rolls, a Cuban sandwich and the chicken wings. Everything was fresh and tasty. Our waiter was on the ball, shared lots of tourist tips and just had a fabulously upbeat personality.

Cute little pool bar that offers food that is a step above the Food Court. Convenient to everything in the Ol Port Royale Area. Good food.Cons:

This is a really cute bar by the pool at Caribbean Beach. They have great drinks and theming is cute! There's not a ton of seating though and it gets very hot in there during the summer even though there are fans.

The seating can be a bit hard to come by given physical distancing- and i personally didnt order any food while there. That being said all cocktails on their menu are completely original and cant be found anywhere else on property. Every cocktail made here is absolutely fabulous. It’s definitely worth the trek over here to try out a unique drink!

Love Banana Cabana! Great food and drink options with a tropical atmosphere. Easy access to the pool. Parents, grab a fruity drink while watching the kids play in the pool!
