Avatar flight of passage is AWESOME I love it. It’s this really cool simulation ride, where you flight a banshee in pandora. It’s really cool and fun and it’s a great ride for the little ones, I definitely recommend you to ride it. Although the rides tend to get long, so I highly recommend you get a fastpass.

It was amazing. It was so cool when we got in. Even before we got on the ride. But the seats are not my favorite.

We absolutely love this ride! The only reason it isn’t a 10 is because it makes my husband nauseous. My daughter who is 9 talks about going back to ride this at least once a week. We rode it 3 times during our trip. The smells and water splashing on your face make it an incredible experience

Disclaimer: I legitimately believe that this is one of the most impressive bits of technology in Disney. The combination of the ride “vehicle”, with the movement technology involved in that, and the immersion that results from it is simply impressive.
However, after having this ride THOROUGHLY hyped up for me as a mind blowing attraction, I think I was a bit more underwhelmed than I would have been otherwise.
Firstly, while 3D glasses technology has come a long way, there have been times that I’ve ridden this ride where the 3D has been a hinderance to my enjoyment of the ride. You are greatly benefitted by being as close to the middle of the row as possible, as being on one of the ends not only distorts the images at times, but takes away a bit of the immersion from the fact that you’ve got the wall/end of the screen right next to you. However, even in the middle, the images are sometimes less than crisp, which can really pull you out of the immersion.
I think much of this could be solved by having either a bigger/more substantial screen which would go beyond your periferal field of view a bit more, or by figuring out a way to bring the image a bit closer to the eye. However, it might surprise you to know that I am not a ride designer, so it’s likely WAY harder to do than I give it credit for.
Largely I can recognize that my views here are either nitpicks or more exclusive to me. The vast majority of people will be, and have been, blown away by this ride, and I thoroughly believe they should be!

Best ride hands down during our very first Disney stay!!! Such an emotional and breath-taking experience!! The earthy smells, the ocean mists, feeling the banshee breathing between your legs as you soar through the lush landscape are only a few of my notable takeaways. If you have the opportunity, do not miss it!! Quite a unique experience to say the least! =) Well done WDW!!!

Best ride in Walt Disney World! The smells are amazing the sights are immaculate. If your in Animal Kingdom I would recommend this ride

Amazing!!! I had no idea what to expect going in to this ride but it exceeded my expectations and really felt like I was flying!! Worth the wait, and the waits can get long.
