Definitely should be on the \"must do\" list for all visitors. It's as well done as any \"motion simulation\" ride I've ever done. If you are prone to motion sickness on rides like this, you will suffer (but it's worth the ride at least once). Think of it as a next gen \"Soarin' Over X\" ride. Queue is well executed. For people who love VR simulations, this will be their favorite ride. For people who prefer \"real motion\", this is still a worthwhile experience, but it may not measure up to well executed coasters like Everest.
Pros:
Great VR technology, amazing queue, immersive experience. Best execution of this style ride I've seen.Cons:
Motion sickness (think about riding a mechanical bull with VR goggles on). And something feels off about the \"ride arc\" where you wind your way through a massive open air queue and then end up in a small room in front of a screen...Reviewed by AshBake330 Review Date: 02/22/2021

Ride queue is very immersive. Loved seeing the "waterfall" outside. Like that there is a bathroom inside the queue especially during long waits. Pre-closure thought the "pairing" pre-show was a little long. Loved flying and feeling the Banshee breathe.
Pros:
Immersive queue. Great technology and effects used.Cons:
Long wait times Nauseating at timesReviewed by PaulaK Review Date: 06/28/2020

I loved this movie and really like everything leading up to the actual ride. I think that the wait is too long and maybe they could have set this ride up more like soarin' but soarin' also had a long wait at time. I was really disappointed in the clarity of the screen during the ride. I would have thought the clarity would have to be almost crystal clear but in reality I had a very fuzzy experience. Was it the theater I was in??? I enjoyed the Navi River Journey over Flight of Passage.
Pros:
Lots to look at in lineCons:

All time best ride In the American Disney parks love it like crazy although I do not Love the Lino chairs that’s really it.
Pros:
It’s thrilling it’s well made. And it’s a freaking simulator.Cons:
Really just the link chair.Reviewed by DisneyG Review Date: 04/01/2020

Yes- this ride is incredible, the technology is simply amazing, BUT if you’re someone prone to motion sickness then beware, I had to close my eyes for a lot of it because I was gettin nauseous but my poor husband felt so lousy after that he didn’t want to ride anything else all day.
Pros:
Amazing technologyCons:
Easy to get motion sicknessReviewed by superpats Review Date: 03/29/2020

Amazing simulator ride, a little intense for those of us who wear glasses and the visual perception is a bit "off."
Pros:
So realistic that I felt like I was on the back of a banshee to the point I screamed as we flew off the cliff!Cons:
the expected lines, difficult fastpass even fiddle faddling all day. (Went on during a special Animal Kingdom at night event)Reviewed by skipperina Review Date: 03/18/2020

I just couldn’t get fully immersed in this ride :/ I felt like I was on the back of a bike, staring at a screen, with 9 other bikes lined up right next to me (which I was). I wanted to like this more. It was still fun and I would do it again, but I won’t be stressed if I miss it on my next trip.
Pros:
Nice scenery, line is coolCons:
Long lines, it didn’t feel “real” enough to meReviewed by kpnm Review Date: 03/15/2020

i've ridden 2 times. first time i was disappointed, i think my peripheral vision was distracting my ability to immerse myself into the experience. second time i made the effort NOT to do that, and what a diference. while i am not a big fan of the movie, the rush of the ride is a lot of fun. but be warned, if you are easily affected by simulators this is gonna get ya.
