| April 2023 - September 5th | New Orleans Square : Disneyland Park | Fantasmic! During a spring performance of Fantasmic! in Disneyland, the Maleficent dragon (who is supposed to breathe fire during the show) caught on fire. After the incident, the show was suspended indefinitely and Disney released a statement that it would temporarily suspend fire effects at select shows GLOBALLY “out of an abundance of caution.” |
