Jan. 05 - Mar. 06Downtown Disney : Downtown DisneyStar Wars: Secrets of the Empire Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire is a hyper-reality experience coming to Downtown Disney that will allow guests to walk through the Star Wars universe, combining physical sets with real-time interactive special effects. The initial remodeling phase of the western half of the store is complete and it has re-opened. The eastern half is now closed.
Jan. 18Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortDisneyland After Dark: "Throwback Nite" The first in a 2018 series of Disneyland After Dark events is "Throwback Nite" on January 18. This is an after-hours event that requires a separate admission tickets. Tickets are $95 and go on sale on November 30 to Annual Passholders and on December 7 to the general public.

2019 - Early 2023Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortMickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway (DLR) The first major Mickey-themed ride-through attraction, is coming to Disneyland’s Mickey’s Toontown in Early 2023 as part of the reimagination of Mickey’s Toontown. The ride will be housed in the El CapiTOON Theater, where Mickey and Minnie are premiering their newest short, Perfect Picnic.
March 14th, 2020 - July 25th, 2022Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortFinding Nemo Submarine Voyage Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage closed for refurbishment on March 14th, 2020. It will reopen on July 25th, 2022.
Oct. 4, 2021 - Nov. 10th, 2023Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortTarzan's Treehouse Tarzan's Treehouse will close for refurbishment beginning October 4th, 2021. Disney has revealed that the attraction is being rethemed to an adapted version of the original Swiss Family Treehouse concept that Walt and his Imagineers envisioned in 1962.
