| Jan. 05 - Mar. 06 | Downtown Disney : Downtown Disney | Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire is a hyper-reality experience coming to Downtown Disney that will allow guests to walk through the Star Wars universe, combining physical sets with real-time interactive special effects. | Jan. 26 - Feb. 18 | Disney California Adventure : Disneyland Resort | Lunar New Year Celebration The Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure expands to 24 days in 2018, from Friday, January 26 through Sunday, February 18. Highlights include "Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession", the World of Color pre-show "Hurry Home - Lunar New Year Celebration", live musical performances, and meet and greets with Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Mushu, and Mulan, dressed in the Lunar New Year attire. Foods inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures will be available at three Asian marketplaces, and the Paradise Garden Grill will feature a Lunar New Year menu. |

During this limited time event, the Paint the Night parade will return to Disney California Adventure, while the Pixar Play Parade moves to Disneyland, where it will lead off with a new Luxo, Jr. float. Also at Disneyland will be the new "Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular" fireworks show. |
| Event Date - May 3, 2018 | Disneyland Park : Disneyland Resort | Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite This after hours party will be held on May 3, from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., party guests may enter Disneyland starting at 6:00. Party goers will have the first opportunity to experience new entertainment offerings that begin on May 4, including a character meet and greet with Rey, the "March of First Order", and the return of Hyperspace Mountain. Ticket sales begin March 27 to Annual Passholders, and March 29 to the general public. Tickets are $99/person ages 3 and over. |
