Jan. 10 - Jul. 29Frontierland : Disneyland ParkRivers of America Attractions Disneyland Railroad and most Rivers of America attractions (including Fantasmic!) are closed temporarily to make room for the construction of the new Star Wars land. Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island has re-opened. Fantasmic! opens on July 17. Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes, Mark Twain Riverboat, Sailing Ship Columbia and Disneyland Railroad reopen on July 29.

Jan. 08 - Fall 2017Grand Californian : HotelsRoom Refurbishments Rooms at the Grand Californian will be undergoing refurbishment through the fall of 2017.
Jan. 20 - Aug. 20Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortMain Street Electrical Parade The Main Street Electrical Parade moves from Florida to California for a limited encore engagement at Disneyland in 2017. The parade was originally scheduled to run until June 18, but has been extended through August 20.
Feb. 24 - End date not yet announcedFantasyland : Disneyland ParkRed Rose Taverne For a limited time, the Village Haus Restaurant in Fantasyland has been transformed into the Red Rose Taverne, with a menu and decor inspired by the new live action Beauty and the Beast movie.
May. 27 - Sep. 10Disney California Adventure : Disneyland ResortSummer of Heroes Limited time offerings from May 27-September 10 include: Avengers Training Initiative - young recruits assemble with Black Widow and Hawkeye; Black Widow Encounter; Special themed merchandise and food in Hollywood Land

June 2017 - Early AugustGrand Californian : HotelsGreat Hall Refurbishment During the refurbishment of the Great Hall lobby, access will be limited, and some guest rooms will be unavailable.
Jul. 14 - Jul. 16Resort Wide : Disneyland Resort2017 D23 Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center. The largest Disney fan event in the world, D23 Expo celebrates all the wonderful worlds of Disney entertainment, uniting all parts of The Walt Disney Company under one roof, including The Walt Disney Studios (including Marvel, Pixar, and Lucasfilm); Walt Disney Parks and Resorts; Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media; and Media Networks (including ABC, Disney Channel, and Radio Disney). D23 Expo 2017 marks the fifth biennial event held in Anaheim.

Aug. 2015 - May. 31Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortStar Wars: Galaxy's Edge The 14-acre Star Wars-themed land that was announced during the 2015 D23 EXPO opens at Disneyland on May 31.
Early 2018 - Fall 2018Downtown Disney : Downtown DisneyWorld of Disney During the lengthy re-imagining project, half of the store is closed while the other half remains open to guests. The initial remodeling phase of the western half of the store is complete and it has re-opened. The eastern half is now closed.
Mar. 02 - Opening April, 2019.Pixar Pier : Disney California AdventureKing Triton's Carousel Closed for re-theming to Jessie's Critter Carousel as part of the Pixar Pier transformation. Jessie's Critter Carousel is cheduled to open in April, 2019.
Mar. 19 - Opening 2020a bug's land : Disney California AdventureIt's Tough to be a Bug Closed March 19, 2018, to be replaced by the new Marvel Super Heroes area, opening in 2020.
Mar. 20 - Opening 2020a bug's land : Disney California AdventureMarvel Super Heroes-Themed Land The Guardians of the Galaxy will be joined by Spider-Man and the Avengers in what will become a completely immersive Super Hero universe. This new land, opening in 2020, will be anchored by the Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!, in the adjacent space that is currently occupied by "a bug's land." "It's Tough to Be a Bug" closed March 19; the rest of the land will close September 5.
Apr. 13 - Late 2018.Pixar Pier : Disney California AdventureWorld of Color Closed for refurbishment.
Apr. 13 - Sep. 03Resort Wide : Disneyland ResortPixar Fest Pixar Fest begins on April 13, 2018. During this limited time event, the Paint the Night parade will return to Disney California Adventure, while the Pixar Play Parade moves to Disneyland, where it will lead off with a new Luxo, Jr. float. Also at Disneyland will be the new "Together Forever - A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular" fireworks show.

May. 18 - Jul. 08Hollywood Land : Disney California AdventureIncredibles 2 Sneak Peek The Sunset Showcase Theater is showing the first 10 minutes of the new Incredibles 2 movie.
