Jan. 10 - Jul. 29Frontierland : Disneyland ParkRivers of America Attractions Disneyland Railroad and most Rivers of America attractions (including Fantasmic!) are closed temporarily to make room for the construction of the new Star Wars land. Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island has re-opened. Fantasmic! opens on July 17. Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes, Mark Twain Riverboat, Sailing Ship Columbia and Disneyland Railroad reopen on July 29.
Aug. 22 - Sep. 08New Orleans Square : Disneyland ParkHaunted Mansion Short refurbishment to apply the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay for the Halloween and Christmas seasons. Re-opens on September 9.

September 1 - 4Resort Wide : Disneyland ResortDisneyland Half Marathon Weekend September 1-4. Events include the Health and Fitness Expo, Kids Races, 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon. The 5K, 10K, and Kids Races are sold out, but registration is still open for the half marathon and the Dumbo Double Dare.
Sep. 06 - Sep. 08Tomorrowland : Disneyland ParkHyperspace Mountain Closed for seasonal conversion to Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy. Ghost Galaxy opens September 9, and runs through October 31.

Sep. 06 - Oct. 02Disney California Adventure : Disneyland ResortAP Days at Disney California Adventure AP Days will take place at Disney California Adventure from September 6-October 2. Special events for Annual Passholders include Disney character appearances, a series of AP buttons and recipe cards (a new one each Monday while supplies last), color/crafting opportunities for kids, and special merchandise.
Sep. 09 - Oct. 31Resort Wide : Disneyland ResortHalloween Time Special decorations, food items, and character costumes in both theme parks. The Haunted Mansion gets its seasonal makeover to Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Sep. 23 - Oct. 31Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortMickey's Halloween Party Takes place at Disneyland Park on 17 selected nights on September and October, starting on September 23 with the final party on October 31. This not-so-scary Halloween party is a fun-filled evening for the whole family. In addition to trick-or-treating around the park, costumed character greetings, and Mickey's Halloween Party Character Cavalcade, the event also provides exclusive viewing of the Halloween Screams fireworks show. New this year: the Headless Horseman rides on Main Street prior to the Character Cavalcade.
