January 2015 - N/AHollywood Land : Disney California AdventureMuppet*Vision 3D closed indefinitely. The theater has been renamed the Sunset Showcase. From July 1- August 14 the theater will host a preview of Pete's Dragon.
Early 2015 - Mar. 07Cars Land : Disney California AdventureLuigi's Flying Tires Will be replaced by Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters. Scheduled to open 3/7/16.
Feb. 15 - Mar. 15Grizzly Peak : Disney California AdventureGrizzly River Run Closed for refurbishment.
Early 2016 - PERMANENT CLOSUREDowntown Disney : Downtown DisneyHouse of Blues Relocating The House of Blues has announced plans to relocate in 2016. Citing a need for expansion, the House of Blues will be moving to GardenWalk Mall of Anaheim. The Downtown Disney location closes on May 31, 2016.
Jan. 04 - May. 01a bug's land : Disney California AdventureIt's Tough to Be a Bug Closed for installation of Jungle Book preview. Preview opens March 18, and will run for an unspecified period of time. The movie opens in theaters on April 15.
Jan. 10 - Jul. 29Frontierland : Disneyland ParkRivers of America Attractions Disneyland Railroad and most Rivers of America attractions (including Fantasmic!) are closed temporarily to make room for the construction of the new Star Wars land. Pirate's Lair on Tom Sawyer Island has re-opened. Fantasmic! opens on July 17. Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes, Mark Twain Riverboat, Sailing Ship Columbia and Disneyland Railroad reopen on July 29.
Jan. 10 - PERMANENT CLOSUREHollywood Land : Disney California AdventureAladdin "Disney's Aladdin -- A Musical Spectacular" closed on January 10, 2016, after nearly 14,000 shows since its debut in January 2003. The story of "Frozen" will take Aladdin's place in an all-new theatrical production opening May 27,2016 at the Hyperion Theater.

During this time the characters will move to PCH Grill at the Paradise Pier Hotel for the "Beach Side Bonfire Dinner Buffet with Mickey and Friends" through February 9.

Mar. 9 - March 19, 2023Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortMickey’s Toontown Mickey’s Toontown will close on March 9th, 2022 to make way for a completely reimagined land featuring new attractions, activities, and entertainment. The new land is set to debut in early 2023 and will be a larger space for both “spontaneous family play and parental relaxation.”
January 24 - February 3Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortMickey's PhilharMagic Mickey's PhilharMagic will close for a short refurbishment in Disneyland Park on January 24th, 2023.
January 30th - February 10thDisneyland Park : Disneyland ResortHaunted Mansion Haunted Mansion Holiday will close on January 30th, 2023 and reopen as the regular Haunted Mansion.
February 17th, 2023 - Tiana’s Palace Restaurant will replace this locationNew Orleans Square : Disneyland ParkFrench Market This Disneyland restaurant closed permanently on February 17th, 2023, in order to make way for the NEW Tiana’s Palace restaurant. The new spot will feature food inspired by Disney’s The Princess and the Frog.
April 3rd - Jul. 01Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortBig Thunder Mountain Railroad Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will close for refurbishment starting April 3rd, 2023. A reopening date has not been announced at this time.
