Nov. 03 - Jan. 07a bug's land : Disney California AdventureSneak Peek of "Coco" A sneak peek with enhanced effects of the film "Coco" will be shown in the "It's Tough to Be a Bug" Theater. The movie opens in theaters on November 22.
Nov. 10 - Jan. 07Resort Wide : Disneyland ResortHolidays at the Disneyland Resort Returning favorites during the November 10, 2017 to January 7, 2018 holiday celebration include "A Christmas Fantasy" Parade and "Believe...in Holiday Magic" fireworks at Disneyland and "World of Color - Season of Light", "Viva Navidad!", and "Festival of Holidays" at Disney California Adventure.

Jan. 18Disneyland Park : Disneyland ResortDisneyland After Dark: "Throwback Nite" The first in a 2018 series of Disneyland After Dark events is "Throwback Nite" on January 18. This is an after-hours event that requires a separate admission tickets. Tickets are $95 and go on sale on November 30 to Annual Passholders and on December 7 to the general public.
Jan. 26 - Feb. 18Disney California Adventure : Disneyland ResortLunar New Year Celebration The Lunar New Year celebration at Disney California Adventure expands to 24 days in 2018, from Friday, January 26 through Sunday, February 18. Highlights include "Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession", the World of Color pre-show "Hurry Home - Lunar New Year Celebration", live musical performances, and meet and greets with Disney characters such as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Mushu, and Mulan, dressed in the Lunar New Year attire. Foods inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures will be available at three Asian marketplaces, and the Paradise Garden Grill will feature a Lunar New Year menu.

Mar. 02 - Apr. 12Disney California Adventure : Disneyland ResortDisney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival The Festival expands to a six-week run this year, from March 2-April 12, 2018. The Disney Family of Wines Dinner will be a new Signature Event.
Mar. 16 - Apr. 01Resort Wide : Disneyland ResortEggstravaganza Guests can hunt for character-themed Easter eggs that are placed all around the resort - Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and Disney California Adventure. There are 12 in each area. There is no charge to participate, but guests can purchase a map for $5.95 (there are separate maps for each area), which comes with stickers to use for each egg found. Whether or not it is complete, the map can be redeemed for a special prize.

Special entertainment includes Mulan's New Year Procession which will also feature the Three Little Pigs in recognition of the Year of the Pig.
