Disney World Announces NEW Change For Jollywood Nights

Sure, it’s Halloween in Disney World, but that doesn’t stop us from looking forward to the holidays — it’s never too early to plan for the festive season, right?

We’re looking forward to the return of Jollywood Nights to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, too, for the second year in a row. This year’s event is looking to be even better than last year, but we do have one big change to tell you about one of the Jollywood Nights’ dining experiences.

Jollywood Nights in Hollywood Studios is Disney World’s OTHER holiday party, in addition to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom. Last year was the first year for the event, but Disney previously announced it would return for 2024. The party will happen on select nights from November 9th through December 21st.

Disney has already confirmed several experiences coming to this year’s party, including Jazzy Holidays, a special dining experience at the Hollywood Brown Derby. However, how you get into the event will change this year. Last year, you had to use the Mobile Walk-Up Waitlist to get into the event, which went QUICKLY. This year, though, Disney has revealed that you’ll need to make advance dining reservations.

You’ll be able to make reservations for this experience on September 17th. We highly recommend doing it as quickly as you can because we expect that reservations for this limited-capacity event will go quickly each night of the party.

During the event, you’ll get to indulge in some exclusive craft cocktails as well as a special menu of light bites while being entertained by a pianist playing holiday music. Note that only the event-exclusive menu will be offered during the event.

This year’s Jollywood Nights will bring some new characters this year: Baloo and King Louie from Talespin, José Carioca or Panchito from The Three CaballerosJosé Carioca or Panchito from The Three Caballeros, and Bo Peep or Lotso (they’ll rotate during the event) from Toy Story. Returning characters include Phineas and Ferb, Santa Stich, Max Goof as Powerline, Santa Duffy, the Fab Five, and more.

This year’s event will bring exclusive entertainment, including Disney Holidays in Hollywood, which is a holiday show with music and dancing hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy. Holiday Fiesta en la Calle will feature José Carioca and Panchito from The Three Caballeros. There’s also a Nightmare Before Christmas sing-along, a dance party, and more. This year’s Jollywood Nights also has something NEW: there will be an ice skating spectacular on Hollywood Boulevard.

The event will also feature so much more, including exclusive snacks and a live band playing at a soiree at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard. Tickets are available now and run from $159 to $179 per person, depending on the date.
