Although flying right now can be challenging, thanks to potential delays and cancelations, as well as a pilot shortage, flying from San Antonio, Texas to Orlando just got a little easier.
Spirit Airlines has just added daily nonstop flights from San Antonio, Texas to Orlando. We previously shared that this new nonstop flight route would be coming soon, but now that it’s fully available for you to take advantage of.

According to a press release from the San Antonio International Airport, they celebrated the “arrival of the inaugural Spirit Airlines flight from Orlando International Airport” on November 17th.
Spirit kicked off the launch of the Orlando flights with a $20,000 donation to Soldiers’ Angels, a charity that helps military families.
But wait, there’s MORE. Spirit has also announced that they’re beginning nonstop service to 2 other markets. Beginning on March 8th, 2023, Spirit will also offer daily nonstop service from San Antonio, Texas, to Baltimore/Washington (BWI) and Ft. Lauderdale (FLL).
