Why NOW Is The BEST Time To Visit Disney World

As kids have headed back to school, and the summer travel season begins to wind down, we’ve been seeing a much quieter time in Disney World.

We’re seeing considerably fewer people in the park than in previous months, and standby wait times are a lot more manageable (just 30 minutes for Flight of Passage at one point yesterday).

However, that’s not to say that you might not want to purchase Genie+ when you’re visiting Disney World. You would still be able to bypass those rides that tend to get longer lines (especially as the day progresses) and a 5-10 minute wait in the Lightning Lane will still save time over a 30-minute wait.

Another strategy would be to skip Genie+, hop on those rides when they have lower wait times and use your money instead to just buy the individual Lightning Lane option for those rides that have them (like Rise of the Resistance, which generally has at least a 60-minute wait, even on a slow  day).
