PHOTOS: An Iconic Part of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster is BACK in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

We’re always keeping track of all the construction going on around Disney World!

Construction walls are just part of the Disney experience sometimes!

Recently, we’ve seen Disney refurbish the exterior of Mickey’s PhilharMagic in Magic Kingdom (and add a new scene!), demolish an abandoned attraction in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and continue work on the upcoming thrill ride, TRON: Lightcycle Run. But, there have also been a few smaller projects going on and today we’ve got an update from Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Disney’s Holywood Studios!

Back in September, we noticed giant construction tarps appear to surround the guitar outside of the building that homes Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster. And, it’s looked just like this for the past two months.

But, today the construction tarps are GONE and the coaster’s icon is back in all its glory!

It’s BACK!

From what we can see, not much has changed about the guitar, so it likely just received some paint touch-ups and light maintenance. Here’s a quick comparison to help you remember what it looked like before!

The ride has been in operation for the length of the refurbishment, but we sure are excited to be welcomed by the oversized guitar when we come to ride once again! Of course, we’ll continue to keep an eye out for more construction updates around Disney World, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for the latest!
