Apparently, we aren’t the BIGGEST Cars fan, though! That title goes to the latest Guinness World Record holder… .

Jorge Arias of Mexico City has recently been given the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of Cars memorabilia!

With over 1,200 items in his collection, Arias’ collection is an impressive array of collectibles, toys, and merch. His collection began when he bought his daughter toy versions of Lightning McQueen, Sally, Mater, and Chick Hicks.

With a detailed system of glass cases and shelves, Jorge Arias’ collection is a well-oiled machine! His most valued items are car renditions of John Lasseter and Albert Hinkey. Arias also uses his vast collection room as a venue for birthday parties and special occasions!

Jorge’s impressive collection even caught the eye of Pixar, with Cars Director Brian Fee and Co-Producer Andrea Warren visiting his collection in Mexico City and inviting Jorge Arias to the premiere of Cars 3.
