Are you a big fan of funnel cakes? Maybe you’re the type of person who just has to grab a funnel cake every time you’re in Disney World, especially over at the Funnel Cakes kiosk at The American Adventure in EPCOT?
We’ve got lots of recipes on AllEars that can help you recreate some of your favorite Disney foods at home. But did you know that you can buy a special kit in EPCOT that’ll help you make some delicious funnel cakes at home?
That’s right — forget bringing home Mickey ears or Disney Crocs — the real souvenir you’re looking for in Disney World is…a funnel cake kit!Â
We found the Funnel Cake Gift Kit over at the Funnel Cakes kiosk in front of The American Adventure in EPCOT. A funnel cake gift kit has been available for a while, but it was previously priced at around $19. Now, the price has increased to $21. This set is supposed to come in a special gift bag setup, but that was not available at the time we visited. Still, the Cast Member there let us buy the set without the gift bag for now.
For $21 you’ll get the funnel cake mix, a funnel cake pouring pitcher, and instructions on how to make your very own delicious treats at home (as well as that gift bag once it’s available).
Here’s a closer look at the pouring pitcher it comes with…
…and another look at the whole set.
Want to get a closer look at the instructions it comes with? Let’s dive in!
If you buy the gift package for a friend or family member, you can list their name in the spot indicating who the gift package is for. Then, the pamphlet goes over the history of funnel cakes…
…and lists the ingredients in the mix. On another page, there are full instructions on how to make your funnel cakes at home.
Not sure what to top your funnel cake with? The instructions have you covered with a list of suggested toppings.
If you’re a big fan of funnel cakes or know someone who is, this could be a fun gift to grab in the parks. Just remember you’ll have to carry that big bag of funnel cake mix around with you, so you might want to pick it up near the end of your day in the park!
We’ll continue to keep an eye out for more unique Disney items and let you know what we find. Stay tuned for more updates.
