And, another kind of entertainment has made a surprise return in the Magic Kingdom this weekend!

Tomorrowland not only has Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin to enjoy. But, the Magic Kingdom land also features a Kugel Ball, so guests can run their hands over its smooth surface and move it in place!

Kugel Ball

And, in case you don’t know what a Kugel Ball is, the “floating” marble sphere is covered in a thin later of water as it aquaplanes on a pedestal. What makes it so interesting is that it weighs over 12,000 pounds, but even a child can move it because of the layer of water!

When the parks originally reopened, the Kugel Ball was unavailable in the parks as a preventative health and safety measure. However, it is now open to guests, so they can stop by during their Tomorrowland visits!
