Disneyland Asks Guests to Confirm California Residency if Visiting Before June 15th

Have you heard the news? Starting on June 15th, Disneyland will allow out-of-state guests to visit! This is the first time anyone from outside of the state of California will be able to visit the parks since their closure began in March of last year.

Until June 15th, however, Disneyland’s attendance remains limited to in-state residents.

Before today, guests looking to purchase tickets would notice an acknowledgement on Disneyland’s website that said by purchasing tickets, you are confirming that you are a resident of California, and that “until further notice,” only California residents would be allowed to visit the parks.

Now, that acknowledgement has been updated to include the June 15th date, which requires guests to check off a box that reads “If I am visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks before June 15, 2021, I confirm that each of my Guests and I are California residents.”

Out-of-state guests wishing to visit Disneyland after June 15th can book their reservations starting today! In addition, Disneyland’s Park Reservation window has been extended from 60 days out to 120 days out, allowing guests from both in and out of California to book their Park Reservations up to late September!

Welcome back folks!
