It’s February which means it’s time for Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras!
While we’ve seen tons of Valentine’s Day treats and merchandise, Mardi Gras is harder to find in Disney World. However, there’s a spot in Disney Springs that’s serving up a special Mardi Gras menu!
Today, we got to preview some of the New Orleans inspired menu items, and you are in for a treat if you visit!
First up, there’s the Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee that includes traditional brown roux with shrimp and crawfish served with white rice. This dish will cost you $18.Â
There’s nothing like New Orleans-style gumbo, so of course, Gumbo is on the menu! For $8, this dish is made of andouille sausage, chicken, bell peppers, onions, and cajun rice.
No meal is complete without dessert, so you can chow down on Bread Pudding for $8. This isn’t any plain bread pudding, though, because it has a bourbon hard sauce and toffee.
There is also Jambalaya on the menu for $20. This meal will be available the full week of Mardi Gras, so you can grab any of these items from February 15th-21st. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the latest Mardi Gras celebrations in Disney World and Universal Orlando!
