NEWS: Disney Updates Hours in Select Parks for New Year Weekend!

Disney has shared all the different ways we’ll be able to celebrate New Year’s Eve this year, even though it won’t be the same as previous years.

Although there won’t be any live fireworks, and all of the parks will close before midnight, select resort dining locations will remain open past midnight and guests can enjoy previously recorded fireworks shows from their resort rooms. We’ve been looking forward to celebrating the new year, and to make us even more excited, Disney just extended its park hours for New Year Weekend!

Excitingly, Disney has extended hours in select parks for January 1st and 2nd! This way we’ll be able to ring in the new year with a few extra hours in some of our favorite parks.

Here are the hours that we can expect for January 1st and 2nd!

Magic Kingdom: 8AM to 9PM
Disney’s Animal Kingdom: 8AM to 6PM
EPCOT: 11AM to 8PM
Disney’s Hollywood Studios: 9AM to 7PM

Plus, we have park hopping to look forward to beginning this weekend as well! We’re excited to have the chance to hang out in the parks a little bit longer! We’ll be sure to let you know about any other updates to Disney’s hours or holiday plans!
